The activities of our section
The ARI section of Bra is since the beginning a meeting point for OM interested to several aspects of our hobby.
Someone is interested in HF activity and usually participate to contest
Someone is involved in meteorological satellites reception and in satellite communications
Someone is interested in digital communications and for this reason we maintained for years in our section a BBS, now replaced by a simpler Flexnet node
Someone is involved in providing radio support to sportive events
Lately, a small group starts to work on ATV (amateur television)
When needed, we participate to Civil Protection exercises to provide support for alternative communications during emergencies
But in any case we are all involved in the yearly Section's Dinner......
